IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Happy New Year's to all of our valued guests! We thank you for the continued trust and confidence in our business and for the opportunity to serve your hospitality needs.
The end of each year provides us with the opportunity to pause and reflect on our business performance for the past months, and to introduce needed change for improvement. We've listened closely to our guests' feedback and we're responding in dramatic fashion.
As an Inn, our highest priority is to ensure that our guests are enjoying excellent accommodation, food and drink in a relaxed and secure setting. Therefore, our focus will be just that. As a guest choosing to stay at our property, you can expect to be treated with a level of service unmatched in our area. Some significant highlights will include a return to a full-service breakfast that will be seven days a week. In addition, our restaurant will be available seven night for our dinner guests and their family members that are staying with us. We will of course continue to honor dinner reservations to parties with gift cards and encourage you to book your special events with us.
Elevating our service offerings and committing our resources to in-house guests does call for an adjustment to our business model. Effective immediately, we will discontinue our A La Carte dinner service and bar service to the public. We understand that this may cause a shock to so many wonderful people that we serve regularly and apologize for any disappointment this decision causes. This decision is based on two main factors, the need to serve our in-house guests better and also in response to economic pressures that have continued to bear down on the industry, especially in the last few years. We will closely monitor the changes that come as a result of the new business model and will always consider a return to the old model if it makes good business sense.
We thank you for your patience, understanding, and support as we undergo these necessary changes.
